16 CNPA Members to host Local News Fellows

Sixteen CNPA-Member newsrooms are among the hosts of the initial cohort of 39 journalists funded by the California Local News Fellowships and made possible by a $25 million appropriation from the state.

A 17-member advisory board assisted in selection of the hosts and fellows, who will fill two-year, full-time reporting positions starting in September.
