ACI Last Mile acquires CIPS
ACI Last Mile Network, a Long Beach-based provider of print media and parcel distribution, in July acquired Los Angeles-based CIPS Marketing Group, a CNPA Allied Partner, the Orange County Register reported. The sales terms were not disclosed.
CIPS is Southern California News Group’s print-distribution venture with the Los Angeles Times.
“This acquisition will strengthen our ability to focus and serve existing customers, and it will enhance our capability to expand and service new clients in underserved geographies,” said Keith Somers, CEO of ACI Last Mile Network.
