Our Process

Planning/Negotiating: CNPA Advertising Services can assist you in all aspects of your campaign planning. We will provide demographics and zip code coverage reports by store locations whether you need 5 stores or 1400 stores. CNPA will negotiate rates upon your customized criteria or develop a plan for you. CNPA will provide research services in areas of interest for you to review and make your buying decisions. In addition, CNPA services can provide contract tracking and customized sales reports. CNPA services can be customized to meet the need of any client.

Fulfillment: Once the campaign is decided, CNPA will provide an electronic quote via email confirming run dates, rates, ad sizes, captions, desired position, billing instructions, material delivery and any special messaging you need. Once approved, CNPA will email the insertion orders out to the media. Signatures are required as proof of receipt and confirmation, eliminating most billing discrepancies.

Ad Distribution: CNPA offers several options for distribution of your ad material. All options save time and money!

Billing and Cash Processing: Once your advertising has run, CNPA Advertising Services will collect all the invoices, tear sheets, digital reports, email blast reports and screenshots. We confirm all the run dates, rates, ad sizes, captions and media. Once completed CNPA will create just one invoice for your. Once payment is received, CNPA will send individual checks to each vendor in your buy.
