Gary Boulanger is now editor in chief of American City Business Journals’ Silicon Valley Business Journal, the company reports.
He has been a senior editor for Cycle World magazine, U.S. editor of the British cycling publication Future and editor-in-chief of Bicycle Times magazine.
He succeeds J. Jennings Moss, who departed in February.
