    Judge Comment: This is such a great topic, and having been on an economic development council for a small northern California town, I understand the predicament. I think this editorial piece very well illustrated the dilemma of parking shortage. While the parklets are charming and oh so European, is it fair to steal parking for seats? Great food for thought!
