CNPA and Column: The word is out

Public Notice PromoCNPA recently mailed an information packet to members covering its partnership with Column. And it is quickly sharing details with members regarding this crucial enhancement in public notice.

Column is billed as “the first collaborative public notice platform helping publishers, governments and legal services work together to inform their communities.”

CNPA Members will soon have access to public notice software that they can deploy to reduce costs, improve margins and modernize customer experiences. The new software will make it easier for local governments, legal services and businesses to place notices and for papers to manage the placement process.

Also, CNPA and Column are underway with a rebuild of a new statewide public notice database. The new platform will be available beginning this summer.

The CNPA partnership was announced broadly last week during an Editor & Publisher webinar that included input from early adopters of the platform. View recording

Please make an effort to be informed, as changes are coming to the CNPA-hosted public-notice website.

The CNPA webinar “Streamlining Public Notice,” at 3 p.m. this Thursday will feature Column Founder Jake Seaton and Director of Partnerships Kevin King. The hour will include CNPA-specific details about the platform. Register nowCNPA Members whose staff oversee legal notices should encourage them to attend.
