CNPA Board of Directors Holds Special Meeting

CNPA

The CNPA Board of Directors had a special meeting on December 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to vote on an amendment to the Association’s bylaws requiring all adjudicated CNPA members to post their public notices on CNPA’s statewide website, CaPublicNotice.com. The purpose of the requirement is to advance the profession’s interest in the effective distribution of public information and ensure digital access to any notices published in the State by any member of the public that may be interested in them. All members should have received an email notice of the vote containing the rationale for the amendment and the exact language. For any questions email Chuck@cnpa.com
