Compensation survey: Submit data to get data

The Inland Press Association has streamlined its Newspaper Industry Compensation Survey to eliminate newspaper industry job titles that are no longer relevant, making for a more user-friendly survey.

NICS’ primary mission is to illuminate how a newspaper’s compensation compares with peers along a range of industry-specific positions. It is recognized as the most complete and reliable compensation survey in the industry.

CNPA is a co-sponsoring organization of NICS. There is a small fee to participate. The early bird deadline for participating in 2019 is May 3, and the final deadline is June 3.

Don’t miss this opportunity to achieve optimal compensation and benefits strategies.
