Contest entrants must be members in good standing

News

All entrants to the California Journalism Awards contest, which is currently underway, must have their CNPA dues for 2022 and all past dues paid by Dec. 31, 2022.

Contest rules and other details are at CNPA.com. Please ensure that your contest coordinator has the details. The contest entry deadline is Feb. 7, 2023. If you have questions, contact Contest Administrator Lindsay Champion.

Meanwhile, if your team includes a new contest coordinator, consider viewing the recording of our CNPA Editors Forum from Dec. 15. The session, led by The Desert Sun’s Julie Makinen, covered new categories and details on the Print, Digital and Campus contests. Other points covered: contest timeline, the entry platform, rules and deadlines.
