The Poynter Institute invites CNPA Members to join its free one-day, in-person Los Angeles workshop, “Telling the Stories of Faith and the Faithful,” on Tuesday, April 18 at Hotel Per La in downtown Los Angeles. Registration closes today, Tuesday, April 4.

Besides getting a free catered breakfast and lunch — and validated parking — you’ll learn how you can improve and enhance your coverage and understanding of faith and faith communities.

This training isn’t for religion reporters — it’s for journalists on any beat to understand how different faiths impact communities and coverage.
