Thursday morning attendees at the CNPA Summit this May can learn about “Figuring Out Millennials: What They Want from Work and How to Motivate Them.”
Presenter Alec Levensonis a research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations, USC Marshall School of Business.
His research focuses on the economics of human resources and organization design; HR and human capital metrics, analytics, and return on investment; and global and emerging market talent strategies.
Levenson works with companies to optimize job and organization performance and HR systems through the application of organization design, job design, human capital analytics and strategic talent management.
Also that Thursday will be a session on successful business evolution, a segment on sponsored content and a keynote speech from Chris Hendricks, McClatchy’s vice president for Innovation.
