Delegates from the Guangdong Provincial Publishing Group in South China visited CNPA on Sept. 5.

During the two-hour meeting, CNPA staffers Newton, Ewert and Joe Wirt explained to the group, via their interpreter, how CNPA and its association-management company assist the news business in California.
