Your good work published through 2023 is eligible for entry in the 2023 California Journalism Awards. And this year, the contest will award first through fifth place.
Also, the contest includes 14 new categories along with six publishing innovation categories. Your chances are good, but only if you enter. The entry deadline is Feb. 13.
Please consult the contest rules for new categories that may apply to your operation. And a reminder that the Print and Digital contests have been combined into one Pro Contest. Campus rules are unchanged.
A webinar this Friday aims to acquaint contest coordinators with the changes. Plus, CNPA staff and leadership will share ways to ease your contest process. The 45-minute webinar will cover new features along with logistical details, advice to new contest coordinators and advice from veteran entrants.
