Know about: Legal Helpline for CNPA Members

CNPA‘s legal Helpline can help your news company with answers regarding news gathering and the law.

The most-common questions involve Public Records Act requests, local government actions, public notice or access to police records. Helpline attorneys give general legal advice and help CNPA Members to know the law.

Members can submit questions through an online submission form, by email or by phone. Please be sure to include your deadline so the attorney can get back to you.
