The local chamber of commerce has named the San Clemente Times its 2021 Business of the Year, Publisher and CEO Norb Garrett reports.
“We share this award with all of the other small businesses in San Clemente who battled and pivoted to survive during the past 24 months in the face of an unforeseen crisis,” he wrote in a column.
