Perris Progress/Sentinel Weekly News has applied to be a CNPA Active member. Jim Forbes is publisher of the weekly newspapers in Riverside County. The Perris Progress dates to 1901, while Sentinel Weekly News was founded in 1997 as the Lake Matthews Sentinel.
A website is under development.
Until confirmation by the CNPA Board of Directors in October, Perris Progress/Sentinel Weekly News is a provisional member of CNPA and is eligible for all the benefits of an Active member.
