Sebastian Onate
Sebastian Oñate will become editor at McNaughton newspapers’ Davis Enterprise when Editor and Associate Publisher Debbie Davis retires in March, the newspaper reports.
Oñate, 43, joined The Enterprise’s production department in 1999 and became an associate editor in 2000.
“Sebastian is a talented journalist and is enthusiastically committed to doing the best job for The Davis Enterprise,” Publisher Burt McNaughton said. “He is as smart as they come, and truly knows this community.”
Davis, longtime editor and assistant publisher, has been with The Enterprise since 1979. Read her column, “A bittersweet goodbye to this job I’ve loved.”
