Julia Stidham becomes associate publisher at Swift Communications’ The Union in Grass Valley, where Don Rogers continues as publisher.
Stidham, an area native, has been with The Union since 1999 and had been advertising director for six years.
“She’s from this community, loves it and knows it well,” Rogers told the newspaper. “Then she’s just sharp, warm and has a great sense of humor. That is to say she’s great to work with.”
