The CNPA Board of Directors approved Digital News Media membership for two applicants at its Aug. 11 meeting. The new members are:
CALMatters, Sacramento; Marcia Parker, publisher
Kaiser Health News, Menlo Park; David Rousseau, publisher
CNPA membership, across all categories, is now 1,306 members.
Also decided Aug. 11:
The 2018 CNPA Press Summit will be in April in Sonoma.
Directors voted to eliminate the annual Excellence in Advertising Contest.
The next CNPA Quarterly Meeting will be Friday, Oct. 6 at The Citizen Hotel in Sacramento.
