Whitney Prout departs CNPA; Helpline is open

CNPA Legal Counsel Whitney Prout has left the association to become an associate at the law firm of Gordon and Rees in Sacramento where she will have a real-property practice.

Prout was with CNPA for eight months.

“Whitney was a terrific asset for CNPA, as a lobbyist and as a staff attorney providing expert advice to members on the CNPA helpline in the short time she was here,” CNPA General Counsel Jim Ewert said.

Members with Legal Helpline questions are encouraged to contact CNPA General Counsel Jim Ewert at 916-288-6013.
