Wind Newspaper has applied for Active membership in CNPA.
Portia Li is publisher of the free weekly tabloid, which she founded in 2020 after 30 years in news to serve the Chinese community in San Francisco.
The bilingual Wind Newspaper circulates 6,000 copies each Sunday.
Until confirmation by the CNPA Board of Directors, the applicant is a provisional member of CNPA and eligible for all the benefits of membership.
